Inside Data Bodensee: How to build an AI chatbot?

Chatbots are digital conversation partners that are able to hold human-like conversations. Whether in customer service, healthcare, e-commerce or entertainment – chatbots are used in various fields to help users with their requests and optimise processes. But how does a chatbot work? How is it trained and programmed to respond to natural language and user requests? And how can you build your own AI chatbot?

During the hands-on workshop on Friday the 3rd of November, Jan Kaiser, CEO of Xanevo and AI expert, guides participants through the individual steps to develop their own chatbot. With the help of Python and Google Colab, participants will be shown how to build their own chatbot, including a chat interface, in order to test it and share it with others.
